Common Procedures
Topical Fluoride
Using fluoride to deter dental decay has been in practice for decades. We use topical fluoride to prevent demineralization of the teeth by strengthening tooth enamel. As the strength of the tooth enamel increases, the tooth’s resistance to the bacterial acids produced in the mouth will increase. Topical fluoride treatment may include the fluoride gel, varnish, paste, or mouthwash. Some can be applied at home, while others occur in a dental office.
Dental Sealants
Dental sealants, or tooth sealants, are plastic coatings that protect the chewing surfaces of your teeth from bacteria and plaque that cause tooth decay. We mainly apply this to the back teeth — premolars and molars — where decay happens regularly in children and teens. Dental sealants are the best way to protect permanent teeth — in children and adults!
Bonding
Dental bonding is all about treating damaged, stained, and cracked or chipped teeth. When there is corrosion caused by tooth decay or infection, dental bonding plays a vital role in restoring the tooth to its original shape. The time duration of the bonding treatment will depend on the intensity of the problem.
Orthodontics
We offer a range of orthodontics for children and adults, including Invisalign®, Metal Braces, Ceramic Braces, Teeth Whitening, and Retention.
Oral Surgery
We perform oral and maxillofacial surgery to remedy issues including Tooth Extractions, Misalignment of the Jaw, and Tumors or Cysts.
